Why are your emails coming from a new address?
We’ve updated our website and email domain from straightlines.com to straightlines.au. This helps better align our digital presence with our brand.
Have your email addresses changed?
Only the domain has changed. The first part of every email address remains the same.
For example:
hello@straightlines.com is now hello@straightlines.au
How do I know an email is really from you?
The name before the @ symbol hasn’t changed, and we haven’t created any new email addresses. The only difference is the domain. Emails from us will now end in @straightlines.au
Has anything else changed?
No. We’re the same business with the same team, services, and ownership. This is simply a domain update.
What should I do if I’m unsure about an email?
