The Brief
In 2021, Kristy Lee Jewellery was an emerging handcrafted jewellery brand with a clear creative vision and a growing product range. The business needed an online store that felt professional, easy to shop and simple to manage as it continued to grow.
With an existing website and Big Cartel store in place, the brief was to rebuild the website and create a more flexible e-commerce platform that could support product sales, future updates and a smoother customer experience.
The Solution
We rebuilt the Kristy Lee Jewellery website as a custom responsive WordPress website with WooCommerce integration, creating a stronger foundation for online sales and day-to-day store management.
The project included transferring existing store data from Big Cartel to WooCommerce, setting up product, archive and shop pages, connecting social platforms and supporting key integrations including email marketing, Google Maps, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
The website was designed to be mobile-friendly, easy to navigate and simple for Kristy-Lee to update, giving her more control over product uploads, content changes and ongoing website management.
The Delivery
The final delivery comprised:
- A polished e-commerce website, designed to support product sales, collection launches and future business growth.
- A fully tested online store, with products, forms, links and key settings reviewed to ensure the website was ready for launch.
- Website training and a step-by-step PDF guide, giving Kristy-Lee the confidence to manage and update her online store independently.
